Tomorrow night - any of the west ham soul massive going?

I know a few who are going but tbh I prefer to keep the memories where they were...

Remember on a couple of occasions when Chris Hill would arrive straight from New York that night with the latest sounds to be played in the UK first.
Though not one of my favourites, here is one of those he played.

I agree. I loved the swing stuff but the music was much better down the Zero 6.

I had my way with a delightful young lady one Thursday evening, in the car park of the Goldmine on the back seat of my blue mink Cortina Mk2 . It was absolutely freezing, with the wind whipping up the estuary while I was walloping up hers.

Circa 1975 I reckon.

I was a regular in the 70's. Got a bit silly with the Glen Miller stuff and the music was better down the Zero tbh. Reunion? Best left in the seventies I reckon.

The Gold Mine was not a NS club ... my old man was a regular in the 70's (he lived on the Island)... Chris Hill and all that wasn't it ??
